The concern
Answers that should have been included in the planning are missing at the construction site.

From building permit to construction site, there's a phase where every detail counts. Anything not fully thought through in the construction documentation will be lacking on the construction site and, in case of doubt, will cost time and money.
On the construction site, there were answers, not questions. That was precisely your mission.

What have we accomplished?
I prepared the complete execution plan at a scale of 1:50 and the detailed plans at scales of 1:20 to 1:5: floor plans, sections, elevations, facade plans, recess and floor construction plans, connection details, and door and window schedules. Every plan document was checked for completeness and consistency before it reached the construction site.
What was the result?
The owner had a set of plans that gave the tradespeople answers instead of questions, and a construction site that could start well-informed.
