The concern
Planning is underway, but nobody knows what will really still be viable.
What we did
Systematically review existing plans, correct defects, and relaunch the execution plans.

A smooth transition to the construction phase with professional assurance.
What was the initial situation?
The project had been designed by another architectural firm and partially developed into detailed plans. During the process, gaps in the coordination between specialist planners, outdated detailed solutions, and unresolved issues became apparent, all of which needed to be addressed before construction could begin. The owner needed planning certainty to proceed to the next stage.
They turned a stalled project into one that could be built again.

What have we accomplished?
I reviewed all existing documents, restructured the project content, and systematically checked the execution plans for completeness, compliance with standards, and feasibility. Details and construction solutions were specifically revised, specialist planners were closely coordinated, and the project was monitored with regular on-site meetings until the plans were ready for construction.
What was the result?
The construction documentation was completed and the project was successfully transitioned into the construction phase. The owner once again had a solid basis for the execution of the project.
