The concern
We are heading into a full building permit application process, even though my intervention is minor.
What we did
Preliminary clarification with the municipality, clean application documents, notification procedures where possible.
What was the goal?
Approval without conditions, no detour via the ordinary procedure.
What was the initial situation?
The family wanted to renovate their house, but preferably without the complicated formal building permit process, if there were other options. Not every refurbishment requires the full process, and those who know the right way to navigate the bureaucratic landscape save time and effort.
Approval without conditions in under two months, that's exactly what we wanted.

What have we accomplished?
I clarified with the building authority which procedure was suitable for the project and prepared the complete building application using the notification procedure. Cover letters, signature formalities, and application documents were carefully compiled, and the family was supported throughout the process until approval.
What was the result?
The building permit was granted without conditions and without going through the standard procedure. The family was able to begin the refurbishment.
