What was the initial situation?
The property in Wermatswil lies within the jurisdiction of the local heritage preservation commission and therefore presents particular design requirements. Without the right starting point, there is a risk of starting with the wrong architectural firm or getting bogged down in time-consuming loops with the commission early on.

I developed a requirements profile that specifically addressed the protection requirements and design expectations from the outset. The kick-off meeting with the selected firm involved precise requirements regarding design, program, and budget, and the initial project phases were overseen, including preliminary consultation with the commission.
