What have we accomplished?
I prepared the entire application: compliance with building and zoning regulations, application plans to the correct scale, calculations of utilisation and floor area, cubic calculations according to SIA 416, site plan, fire protection, energy performance certificate, and accompanying letter. Preliminary discussions with the authorities were strategically used to address any uncertainties early on.
What was the result?
The owner was able to submit the application without any outstanding questions. The next step, the construction documentation, was therefore based on a complete and verified foundation.
